Why use a pet sitter?  

Your pets will enjoy their own surroundings and their routine remains the same. You don’t have to worry about them being stressed from a kennel environment and run the risk of contracting an illness. Your pet will receive the individual attention that it deserves and you will be able to have peace of mind that your pets are receiving the best possible care in your absence.

What happens if there is an emergency with my pet?  

In the event of an emergency, your pet will be taken to the nearest emergency provider, or your vet when possible. You will be contacted and we will let you know what has occurred and then proceed as you instructed during our consultation. It is always best to leave your credit card number with your primary vet for emergency situations. We will remain with your pet until you are reached and the appropriate action is being taken.  

Can you administer medication ?

We are happy to administer oral and topical medications as part of our service at no additional charge. At this time, we do not administer injections. We will discuss all medication needs during the consultation.  

Can you care for my pets without a consultation? 

No, an in-home consultation must take place prior to making a reservation for services.      It is important that we meet your pets and learn the care and routine of them and your home. This will ensure that we all are happy and satisfied with the service being requested. 

What does Bonded and Insured mean?  

It means all of our clients are covered in case of theft and also covered in case of an accident.  The Doggie Diva takes every precaution to ensure that your pets and your    home remain safe.

Will all my information be kept confidential?

Yes. All information received from our clients is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any other party without prior expressed consent.
